Overview As AI Lead, you define and drive Alira Health’s AI strategy across IEC and EVG, aligning with business priorities and regulatory governance. You will lead phased AI adoption to enable scalable operational value and measurable efficiency gains. You’ll guide the AI CoE, governance, and training, ensuring responsible AI usage within a regulated environment. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IS&T;, PMO, and Operations to deliver a sustainable AI program. You’ll shape a future where AI enhances daily processes while upholding privacy and compliance.
