Overview In this role you will lead and architect a multi-platform people analytics function, bridging data, experience insights, and Workday reporting. You’ll guide Visier analytics, direct Qualtrics and Workday reporting teams, and advance our Workday ecosystem to enable data-informed HR decisions. You will work with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and dashboards. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, offering a meaningful impact on people strategy and experience programs.
