Overview In this role you act as the interface between the customer JIT and the Trim production plant, driving on-site problem analyses and feedback to improve processes. You verify the effectiveness of improvement actions at JIT sites and coordinate sorting activities, supporting local Trim engineers with technical guidance. You establish clear boundaries between OEM, JIT, and Trim teams and monitor key quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes quality and collaboration with OEMs across Europe.
