Overview As a Business Analyst at Factorial, you will enable the SDR organization to scale across five European markets by delivering accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional execution. You’ll partner with SDR leadership to align performance metrics and enable data-driven decisions. You’ll own KPI design, dashboards, and capacity planning to support multi-market coverage. This role is the operational backbone for cross-country collaboration and process optimization that drives growth.
