In this role you will lead a large-scale payroll transformation and digital implementation program within an international context. You will coordinate across business, HR, IT, security, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions, including Workday integrations and ERP interfaces. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This is a long-term, remote opportunity based in Spain, offering exposure to global teams and complex regulatory environments. You will shape how payroll systems enable scalable, compliant operations across borders.

Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects
- Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions,



Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications
- Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
- Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Facilitate communication between global and local teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations xkdbapo
- Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management
- Experience working with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset
- Fluent in English
