Overview As Employment Counsel in Thomson Reuters’ Employment and Labor Group (ELG) within the General Counsel’s Office, you counsel HR and business leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa on complex employment matters, investigations, reorganizations, and regulatory compliance. You shape multi-jurisdictional labor strategies and oversee litigation with cross-functional partners. This role blends advisory and litigation work in a fast-paced, integral environment, with a strong emphasis on scalable playbooks and responsible risk management. You will operate from Barcelona in a hybrid setup and partner with senior stakeholders to protect Reuters’ integrity and business interests.
