Overview

In this role you will manage Swedish accounts from Barcelona, focusing on renewals and upsell within the subscription model. You will collaborate with field teams and channel partners to protect and grow the customer base, leveraging negotiation and relationship skills to drive outcomes. The position blends customer success with renewal sales in a hybrid setup, offering direct customer engagement and cross-functional impact. You will influence pricing strategy and processes to support sustainable growth in the Swedish market.

- OTE range EUR 41,000–61,000 per year

Responsabilidades

- Achieve retention targets and identify new opportunities within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with field organization to develop territory plans and mitigate risks
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities through proactive customer communication
- Maintain relationships with customers and channel partners




- Prepare for customer calls by researching accounts and developing pricing strategies
- Handle administrative duties related to accounts and renewal processes
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve subscription management and renewal sales
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to sustain high customer satisfaction

Requisitos principales

- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and problem management skills
- Experience in maintaining customer relationships and lead qualification
- Interest in IT infrastructure; proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and channel partners
- Energetic and enthusiastic in customer interactions
- Intellectual capacity to understand business dynamics
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, renewal sales, or account sales
