Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Factorial, you will source, attract, and hire top talent across the GTM DACH markets, collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand needs and drive smooth onboarding. You’ll build high-performing teams for an expanding international organization and contribute to People initiatives, including analytics and inclusion efforts. This role offers exposure to cross-functional hiring across sales, experience, marketing, and more, in a fast-growing, general tech environment.
