Overview In this role you work within McKinsey’s Private Capital practice to support investor clients and their portfolio companies across the deal lifecycle. You will conduct market assessments, perform targeted financial analysis, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build trust-based client relationships, and help portfolio companies pursue value-creation initiatives. The role offers structured learning, mentoring, and exposure to a global, diverse network, with a focus on developing leadership capabilities.
