Overview In this role you lead the AI Engineering & Automation function within the Productivity Solutions Division to embed AI-powered automation in engineering workflows. You shape the strategy, roadmap, and governance for AI-enabled SDLC automation and developer tooling. You collaborate across DevSecOps, Security, QE, IT, and engineering teams to scale safe, reliable AI-driven software delivery. You will drive measurable productivity gains and adoption, balancing speed with quality and security. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to redefine engineering automation at scale.
