Overview In this role you will lead the Engineering Product Leader team on awarded products and new opportunities, owning program delivery and customer satisfaction. You will manage budgets, risks, and performance across development, launch, and production phases, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your impact spans financial targets, governance, and talent development within a cross-functional EPL group. This position offers a chance to shape program strategy and drive successful outcomes for strategic customers within Lear’s automotive ecosystem.
