You’ll own test solution development across platforms, accelerate product introductions, and optimize test programs to support ramp and production. ResponsabilidadesPartner with New Product Development to support product introduction, ramp, and test solution ownershipDevelop, convert, and optimize test programs for Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms with robust coverageLead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release activitiesAnalyze test data to improve quality, yield, test time,
