Overview As part of our Project Factory, you drive the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for Lidl countries, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. You bridge SAP HCM PA/OM with SuccessFactors EC and manage on-premise to cloud integrations. You guide HR digitalization from SF deployment to ServiceNow integration, while coordinating external partners and internal stakeholders. You will deepen HR IT expertise and apply it to modern cloud solutions in a dynamic, integral rollout context. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping HR IT transformations across Europe.
