Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end customer journey inside the product to accelerate growth. You will shape trial experiences, activation, and onboarding, enabling self-serve expansion in a PLG-first B2B context. You collaborate across Sales, CX, Finance, Marketing and Product to align on growth initiatives that scale to thousands of companies. You work with an AI-first platform to redefine UX and onboarding.
