Overview In this ADR role, you will help build a qualified pipeline for TraceLink by researching accounts, mapping decision makers, and coordinating with sales and marketing to engage senior stakeholders. You’ll operate within an account-based framework to convert outbound and inbound leads into executive meetings and opportunities. You’ll work closely with AE, SC, and marketing teams to tailor outreach across channels and events, driving cross-functional collaboration and data-informed prospecting. This is a chance to contribute to a growing, enterprise-focused software business shaping pharma supply chain outcomes.

ResponsabilidadesDevelop a sales pipeline with a defined set of target accounts.Create and maintain contextual account profiles and persona maps.Engage multiple stakeholders per account with personalized messaging.Re-activate dormant accounts and support upsell, cross-sell,



and renewals.Research accounts using public and private data sources to gather market intelligence.Qualify and score inbound leads to prioritize opportunities.Follow up on marketing campaigns to prepare AEs for meetings.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, ADRs, AEs to optimize targeting and messaging.Document activity in Salesforce and report results weekly.Share best practices with general ADR and field teams.
