Overview As Onboarding Specialist for the DACH market, you help new customers activate Factorial and unlock its full value. You guide clients through tailored onboarding journeys, bridging product, sales and customer success to shape their Factorial usage. You translate client processes into effective workflows and identify opportunities to improve the experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to shorten onboarding times and boost satisfaction. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how customers adopt our platform.
