As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Analog Devices, you will develop and maintain embedded software for RF and data converter platforms, linking software with hardware at a system level. You will own complex features across multiple products and collaborate across silos to bring up silicon, debug, and optimize performance. The role combines low-level firmware work with architectural input, enabling impactful solutions in advanced analog/digital systems. You will work in a cross-functional team that drives product-level impact and quality. Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++ for RF and data-converter platforms Develop and support low-level firmware, device drivers, and hardware-facing APIs Support silicon bring-up, integration, and debug on evaluation boards and lab systems Collaborate with hardware, systems, validation, applications, and tools teams Debug complex system issues spanning firmware, hardware,



and software tools Contribute to software architecture decisions, code reviews, and design discussions Produce and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use Support multiple projects, releases, and customer issues in parallel Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Strong experience in embedded software development (C/C++), typically 6–10+ years Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, including ARM-based systems Experience with memory-mapped I/O, interrupts, DMA, and real-time constraints Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including use of lab equipment Cross-functional collaboration Independent and self-mDriven Strong debugging and analytical thinking Embedded C/C++ ARM-based systems Memory-mapped I/O
