Overview In this role you will safeguard and grow Perk’s DACH customer relationships by solving problems quickly, educating clients on new features, and driving account growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes for high-volume inbound inquiries and build trust as the customer advocate and Perk evangelist. You’ll identify patterns, implement efficient workflows, and unlock opportunities within your portfolio. This entry-point role offers hands-on CRM, problem-solving, and process optimization in a dynamic SaaS environment.
