Overview In this role you lead a high-velocity Commando sales squad, turning account-management discoveries into closed revenue. You will institutionalize rigor in how the team operates, optimize the AM-to-demo-to-close handoff, and build metrics dashboards to hit monthly targets. You’ll partner with product and sales leadership to refine playbooks and maximize ARPU across multiple European markets. This is a data-driven, cross-functional leadership role with a strong impact on revenue growth and process excellence.
