Overview As a Customer Strategy Analyst, you will build and sustain a scalable analytics framework to monitor customer performance across markets. You’ll translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives and drive value for insurance-related businesses. You’ll partner with general and local teams to align KPIs and reporting, supporting data-driven decisions that impact retention, cross-selling, and overall customer strategy. This role sits in the Customer Strategy & AI team, contributing to Santander’s customer-centric transformation. You’ll work with advanced analytics to shape how we measure and improve customer outcomes.
