helping transform how HR services are delivered across the organisation.What You'll Be DoingLead the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Iberian business.Ensure services are accurate, timely, compliant and employee-centric.Oversee payroll support and HR operational processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.Monitor and drive performance against key service delivery KPIs.Inspire, coach and develop a team of People Excellence professionals.Drive accountability, engagement and continuous learning.Balance resource allocation to meet changing business demands and service volumes.Create an environment where your team can thrive and perform at their best.Drive Process Excellence & GovernanceEnsure robust HR processes, procedures and controls are in place and continuously reviewed.Maintain compliance with employment legislation, payroll requirements, data protection and internal policies.Manage escalations and risks while supporting effective issue resolution.Strengthen operational governance and control effectiveness across the function.Build Strong Stakeholder PartnershipsPartner closely with People & Culture Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, HRIT and Centres of Expertise.Collaborate with country leaders and business stakeholders to understand needs and improve service delivery.Act as a trusted advisor on HR operational matters and employee experience priorities.Drive adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise HR processes.Partner with global teams to deliver scalable improvements across systems and services.Foster a digital-first mindset within the People Excellence team.Analyse service trends, employee feedback and operational performance.Identify opportunities to improve productivity,
