Overview In this role you lead the Manufacturing Engineering team within Spacecraft Production & AIT Spain, driving engineering activities for the AIT area. You will co-engineer industrial plans with Design Offices to deliver high-precision, low-tolerance spacecraft assemblies for EOS, EOS and TNS programs within strict clean-room protocols. You’ll manage cost and schedule targets, enable continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bids and program execution. This is a hands-on leadership role in a highly technical, safety-conscious environment with a focus on impactful, space-grade manufacturing.
