Overview As Program Manager, you lead the Transformation stream of the DCR AI Operations programme, turning strategic AI and automation ambitions into a deliverable roadmap. You will establish the governance and operating model, align stakeholders, and drive value realization through pilots and scale deployment. You’ll coordinate multi-workstream delivery in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, shaping how the organisation adopts AI and digital capabilities.
