Overview In this role you will lead a large-scale payroll transformation and digital implementation program within an international context. You will coordinate across business, HR, IT, security, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions, including Workday integrations and ERP interfaces. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This is a long-term, remote opportunity based in Spain, offering exposure to global teams and complex regulatory environments. You will shape how payroll systems enable scalable, compliant operations across borders.
