Overview In this role, you will optimize the end-to-end invoice-to-pay lifecycle across integral teams to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will drive automation and standardization of I2P processes, collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT to improve supplier experience and working capital. You’ll lead transformation initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure controls and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact position at a global pharma organization focused on operational excellence and financial integrity.

ResponsabilidadesDesign and continuously improve I2P processes including capture, validation, matching, exceptions, payment execution, and reconciliationDrive deployment of global I2P solutions and eInvoicing platformsDefine SOPs and support global standardization of I2P processesSpecify business requirements for OCR, AI-driven validation, straight-through processing, and payment automationMonitor system performance and collaborate with IT on enhancementsAnalyze root causes of exceptions, rejections, and late payments; implement preventive measuresDesign controls to ensure invoice compliance with tax, terms, and contractsCollaborate with internal audit, legal,



and tax for risk mitigation and complianceDefine and track I2P KPIs (cycle time, on-time payment rate, touchless invoices)Use data analytics to identify opportunities and lead transformation initiativesSupport cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization through timing strategies Requisitos principalesProven experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinationalDeep understanding of P2P processes and best practicesExperience with P2P systems and related technologiesSOX knowledge and fundamental accounting principlesProject management experience with on-time, on-budget deliveryHands-on experience with E2E P2P solutions (SAP, VIM, Coupa, Tungsten, EDICOM)Experience with eInvoicing platforms (commercial and governmental) is a plusHealthcare and/or life-science industry experience preferredFluent English (written and spoken)Independent worker and strong team player in a global setupInfluencing and stakeholder managementStrong written and verbal communicationOCR and AI-driven invoice validationStraight-through processingPayment automation and clearing automation
