Overview In this role you will lead or support clinical development efforts within the Cell Therapy team to shape global development plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Senior Medical Director, Hematology, contributing to asset-level and therapeutic area strategies. You will drive the design and execution of multiple clinical studies, and represent Clinical Development on the Integral Program Team and at management reviews. You will prepare key study documents, select advisory board participants, and synthesize disease and landscape data to guide program decisions.
