Overview In this role you own the go-to-market tech stack for Deel’s Brain GTM, shaping internal tools used by SDRs, AEs, and GTM partners. You’ll combine product thinking with operational know-how to design and ship end-to-end solutions that improve pipeline velocity and productivity. You work closely with cross-functional partners to build MVPs, iterate on workflows, and embed AI-enabled capabilities into GTM processes. This is a founder-like leadership opportunity to drive the internal growth engine for a hyper-growth SaaS company.
