Overview In this role you craft and execute talent strategies to support INBRAIN’s mission of real-time precision neurology. You partner with senior leaders to translate growth plans into recruitment and workforce plans, combining hands-on execution with advisory counsel. You will build talent pipelines, guide assessment and offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding and integration for high-impact hires. You’ll work across functions to align people initiatives with business goals and help bring cutting-edge healthcare solutions to market.
