Overview In this role you drive the global compensation landscape, shaping frameworks, governance and rewarding structures across regions. You will partner with the Rewards team to ensure consistent, compliant and market-aligned total rewards. You’ll own strategic compensation programs, data-driven decisions, and regulatory compliance, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to enable high-quality data and processes.
