As the internal voice of the company, you will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency of communication across markets. Operating as a senior individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy, you will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, reinforcing company culture, and supporting Freenow’s strategic business priorities while positioning the company as an employer of choice.YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Build and execute internal communications strategies across Europe to inform, engage, and align employees with business prioritiesDesign and lead internal communication campaigns that reflect regional needs while staying aligned with integral directionPlan, create, and deliver clear and engaging communication across key channels such as Slack, All Hands meetings, email, and intranetRoll out and adapt global communication to ensure local relevance and impactWork closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape messaging and ensure consistency across the organizationDevelop compelling storytelling and campaigns that bring the company’s culture, strategy, and people to lifeManage the communication calendar, ensuring clear prioritization and timely delivery of key messagesImprove internal communication infrastructure by introducing new tools,



formats, and ways of working, including leveraging AI where relevantAct as a trusted advisor on sensitive and complex communication topics, including change management initiativesStrengthen company culture through effective communication, events, and dialogue formatsTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field5–7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding, ideally in a multicultural and matrixed environmentProven experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies across multiple channels and formatsStrong experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across different levels of the organizationExcellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear and engaging narrativesExperience with digital communication tools and platforms such as Slack, MS Teams,
