Overview In this role you will partner with European leaders to shape and implement people strategies across Corporate Functions during a period of growth and integration. You will drive talent, organizational design, and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities support the business, while embedding global frameworks regionally. You’ll lead change initiatives and provide coaching to leaders to boost engagement and performance, contributing to a transformational, international HR agenda. This is a hands-on, strategic role in a highly international environment with visible impact across Europe.
