Overview In this role you will design, build, and govern production-grade AI solutions within a cross-functional pod, delivering agentic AI, RAG apps, and orchestration patterns that solve scientific, service, and operational problems. You will work closely with scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate workflows into reliable, observable, and reusable AI components that create measurable business value. This opportunity emphasizes scalable, governance-first AI solutions that integrate into Agilent’s broader AI ecosystem and platform.

ResponsabilidadesDefine architecture and build approach for the pod's use case, selecting agents, RAG, retrieval, and orchestration patternsBuild reusable AI skills and integrations using shared platform services with governance and identity controlsEmbed evaluation, testing, and observability into delivery, establish benchmark sets, and set up regression testing and production monitoringImplement AI solutions with security, compliance, and governance controls, including human-in-the-loop for regulated use casesContribute reusable skills, orchestration patterns,
