Overview In this role you will lead and shape HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent in Edwards Lifesciences’ Spain operations. You will partner with site leadership and executive teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage a cross-functional HR team, and drive transformation across talent, succession planning, and organizational capability. You will work with COEs and Shared Services to design programs, analyze trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable impact for patients and colleagues. ResponsabilidadesLead a team of HR professionals to implement the HR strategy within budgets and in compliance with regulationsAct as a strategic HR partner with site/BU/region leadership or Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategyPlan and manage HR projects and activities with accountability for deliverablesDevelop robust talent development and succession plans aligned with growth strategiesLead or partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs)
