In this role, you support the anti-piracy and compliance program by developing and managing leads from internal and external sources. You collaborate with sales and regional teams to drive revenue through compliant activities and assess legal and third-party engagement infrastructure. You will manage investigations, letters, and case data while ensuring timely updates in the system. You contribute to scalable processes that strengthen compliance across the region and across partners.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and enhance infrastructure for the Anti-Piracy and Compliance Program
- Support legal onboarding artifacts (settlement agreements, LoE, PoAs) and engage third parties
- Coordinate with investigation, audit, and law firms on compliance actions in the region
- Liaise with Sales Channel leaders and regional/industry managers to support program objectives
- Generate and investigate quality leads within the region using all resources




- Issue and follow up on soft and standard compliance letters; draft tailored letters as needed
- Provide direct responses to compliance actions to the appropriate party
- Ensure leads and case data are entered, maintained, and managed in the Case Management System in a timely, accurate manner

Requisitos principales

- Degree level education
- Experience in analytical activities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Leadership abilities to unite diverse stakeholders and drive decision making
- Negotiation xkdbapo skills and ability to reach consensus
- Conflict management to bring parties to successful conclusions
- Enthusiastic, committed, and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Arabic language would be a valuable asset; French language a plus
