Overview In this role you drive strategic initiatives within Alira Health’s PMO, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring high-impact project delivery and M&A; integrations. You lead cross-functional teams, partner with the COO and senior leadership, and advance operational governance and process optimization. Your work shapes the organization’s strategic execution and transformation across global offices. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with meaningful impact on performance and growth.

ResponsabilidadesOversee budgets and financial performance for corporate projects, track costs, resources, and risksLead breakdown of strategic goals into operational plans and drive large-scale initiatives within the PMO portfolioCoordinate cross-functional teams to integrate M&A; and operational improvements into wider strategyEstablish governance frameworks, standardize PM practices across offices, ensure regulatory complianceDesign and implement client governance to align operations with client needs and monitor satisfactionPrepare reports, dashboards,
