Overview In this role you drive Lean Transformation across the blade manufacturing integral team, embedding Lean in daily operations and coordinating cross-functional improvement. You lead Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and capability building to lift productivity, quality, and flow. You partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. This is a change-agent position with meaningful impact on operations and transformation.
