Overview As Senior Product Manager for Visibility at Docplanner, you will own how doctors are ranked and surfaced on our marketplace, including paid visibility products like First Class and Media360. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to onboard and renew doctor relationships, aiming to reduce zero-booking doctors and lift retention and lifetime value. This role is deeply data-driven and AI-enabled, shaping how providers and patients connect across markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to balance user experience with commercial outcomes, driving measurable impact at scale.
