We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established company in the naval sector, with over 60 years of experience and a strong international presence.The company works on a wide variety of projects, including:Luxury and high-performance vesselsCommercial and offshore projectsDefense and government programsThis provides a unique level of exposure within the industry, combining engineering, industrial execution, and high-level technical projects.This is a key role within the organization, where you will lead complex projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients.Responsibilities & RequirementsFull project lifecycle management (scope, cost, time, and quality)Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, client)Monitoring and control of project milestonesRisk management and resolution of project issuesDirect communication with clients and stakeholdersBackground in the naval/maritime sectorDegree in Naval Engineering (Master’s is a plus)Spanish and English requiredStrong leadership skills and strategic mindsetProficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Rhino?
