As Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will shape the go-to-market for Vodafone Business Connectivity and Unified Communications. You will lead a marketing team to position and message the portfolio, aligning with brand strategy and customer needs. You’ll drive growth by delivering buyer-focused content and competitive insights across multi-product campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and partners, enabling cross-functional impact. You will influence strategy, mentor your team, and collaborate with technology partners to accelerate results. Own connectivity and UC portfolio marketing, including managed services, ensuring timely delivery of activities Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team Partner with Portfolio Leads and Local Marketing to plan annual portfolio marketing activities Define and maintain positioning for Connectivity & Unified Communications in line with brand Develop deep product knowledge to create credible messaging Create buyer-enabled content across the buyer’s journey (presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, video, tools, web content)



Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy Manage Local Market Connectivity/UC portfolio marketing relationships Collaborate across the Portfolio Marketing team to build multi-portfolio messaging Serve as subject-matter expert to internal stakeholders (integral and local marketing, sales, product) Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing to design customer-responsive products/services Grow portfolio marketing relationships with technology partners (Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, RingCentral) Represent team at Leadership, Partner, Local Marketing and Portfolio meetings Establish budget management and reporting standards Significant B2B product marketing experience focused on Connectivity and/or Unified Communications Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging for Connectivity/UC including managed services, based on data Experience producing buyer-led content to accelerate revenues across complex B2B journeys Deep understanding of Connectivity/UC market landscape Knowledge of customer needs across segments and verticals Experience managing complex budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, Partner MDF) Ability to balance vision with execution in a team setting Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing without authority Passion for coaching and developing a direct team Ability to build relationships at all levels Excellent writing skills translating technical concepts into clear communications leadership influence without authority messaging and positioning buyer-focused content creation
