Founded in 1884 in Switzerland, Omya has a global presence extending to more than 160 locations in over 50 countries with 9,000 employees.Main ResponsabilitiesCoordination and collaboration of monthly closing tasks, leading the activities concerning the closingResponsible for the general ledger accounts and its journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and prepayments, balance sheet reclassifications and revaluations, VAT offset, Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet review prior to the production of the monthly financial accounts;Intercompany accounting;Asset accounting (depreciations) and lease accountingResponsible for preparing and maintaining the supporting documentation concerning the Balance Sheet reconciliations;Cash Reporting. Supervise the preparation of cash flow forecasts.Resolve issues detected in quality controls (e.g. VAT code, currency,
