Overview In this role you support general order management and customer service within Volpak's Spare Parts Operations team. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Technical Office, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a positive customer experience. The position offers exposure to international processes and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will build direct relationships with customers and external partners, adding value through accurate processing and proactive communication.
