Overview In this pivotal role, you will own central supply KPIs and oversee cross-market execution of supply programs. You’ll bridge local market needs with global designs to deliver world-class driver experiences while scaling best practices. You’ll translate strategies into regional plans, drive continuous improvements, and optimize recruitment, retention, and engagement of drivers. This position offers a measurable impact on Europe-wide mobility operations and partner ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
