We’re looking for an experienced

Engineering Productivity & Analytics Platform Engineer

to build and maintain internal platforms, dashboards, automation tools, and data systems supporting firmware and software engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop engineering analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions. Build tools for

ROM/RAM analysis, performance metrics, regression detection, and resource consumption . Develop productivity and diagnostic tools for

log analysis, crash analysis, stack traces, build failures, and firmware troubleshooting . Integrate tools with

CI/CD pipelines, build systems, test infrastructure, and build artifacts . Manage engineering platforms, deployments, monitoring, and production/staging environments. Key Requirements: Backend development,





REST APIs , data processing, and automation. Web application architecture, dashboards, and data visualization. Understanding of

firmware/embedded systems, memory footprints, symbols, and debug artifacts . Experience with

CI/CD, Git, build systems, Docker, containers, and Linux . Knowledge of

time-series data, trend/regression analysis, data quality, and performance optimization . Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system-level thinking. This role connects the full engineering lifecycle —
