Spendesk is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary group of 20–30 engineers across Europe. You will set technical and organisational direction, build a leadership team, own economics and reliability, and report to the CTO.You will partner with Product, Design and Data to drive impact and growth. You’ll champion observability, hiring strategy, and end-to-end delivery while shaping Spendesk’s engineering leadership journey across AI-augmented initiatives.
