OverviewAs a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst you will need to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. You will need to develop new partnerships across the organization and with external partners to build future capabilities together for PepsiCo’s operation. You will drive the startup research, analysis & evaluations and lead the rapid pilot onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functionally execution of strategic tech innovation programs with departments, like HR:Streamlineworkingprocesseswith support functions such as EA(Enterprise Architecture), InfoSecurity, Legal,Finance,etc.Partner with project leaders to createproject deliverablesDevelop briefs for new technical capabilitiesEvaluate startups or other solutions usingdata-basedapproaches and drive the cross-functionalselection processLead the rapid pilot onboarding process and own vendor managementLead the startup use case research, analysis & evaluation of solution fit to use caseBe the face ofPepLabs; act as the “eyes and ears” for the organization to source the best emerging tech solutionsBuild use case assessment criteria to systematically evaluate which startup’s technology & overall solution has potential to solve the use caseAssess competencies vs.



Use caseEngage & coordinate cross functional SMEs input to assessment criteriaProvide process and pilot thought partnership to business partners and Senior ExecutivesMaintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / technology trendsLead project management across the team and support governance and reportingContribute to capability building for the entire PepsiCo Labs function (e.g., Training, Knowledge Management, Process documentation, etc.)Manage and coordinate logistics for sector, functional and Labs program meetings with internal and external participantsQualificationsBachelor's degree requriedExperience/exposure intechnology anddigitalinnovationKnowledgeofPepsiCo’s businessesExperience in HR functional areasProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to learnnew toolsquicklyStrong teamwork, professionalism, and interaction with all management levelsEffective communication skills, strong collaborationskillsand an impeccable standard of excellenceResults-drivenwithtimelytask completionAbility to handle multiple priorities, including the ability to make clear andtimelydecisionsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented
