Overview As Design Leader for Deel’s Connectivity team, you will shape the long-term direction of the platform that powers API docs, integration flows, and developer-facing tools. You’ll work hands-on with a small team to elevate user experience across B2B, developer, and enterprise surfaces, while translating technical constraints into intuitive flows. You’ll lead by example, shipping high-quality design and mentoring others in research and metrics.
