Overview In this Technical Service Lead role, you will steer technical service across the EMEA region for the Packaging Coatings segment, leading a team and coordinating trials and customer support. You’ll work closely with customers, plants, and suppliers to optimize machinery settings and troubleshoot issues, while applying Best-in-Class trial methodologies. Your work will shape plant relationships, drive continuous improvement, and elevate technical capabilities across the segment.
