We're looking for a Senior SAP Basis Admin to join our team in Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP environments, including S/4HANA and BW systems. You will ensure system stability, performance optimization, and security, collaborating with functional and technical teams to support complex projects and critical business processes for a leading general wealth management organization.This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP technologies, manage high-availability systems, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including S/4HANA and BWPlan and implement SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancementsMonitor and optimize system performance to maintain operational efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues in a timely mannerAdminister SAP BTP, including Subaccount and space managementDevelop and manage backup and disaster recovery strategiesDesign and deploy custom roles and composite profiles using PFCG and XAMS for security complianceMaintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, processes, and operational proceduresCollaborate closely with functional and technical teams to support SAP deployments and projectsEnsure compliance with security policies, corporate standards, and regulatory requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis AdministratorProven experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related SAP productsExpertise in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments for system administrationFamiliarity with SAP Solution Manager and cloud connectors, including BTP managementKnowledge of database administration,
