The Data Delivery Data Analyst is responsible for coordinating integral data delivery initiatives within the HP Data & Analytics organization. This role focuses on ensuring efficient data collection, organization, and delivery across multiple markets and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality, usability, and consistency.The Data Delivery Data Analyst will lead projects related to data modeling, transformation, and visualization, enabling business teams to extract actionable insights and measure performance effectively. This position requires strong collaboration with global stakeholders, capability owners, and technical teams to define KPIs, implement dashboards, and support strategic decision-making.Tasks and responsibilitiesAct as project lead for GTM data modeling in Snowflake, ensuring scalability and efficiencyConnect with stakeholders globally to understand data needs and requirementsOrganize and structure data for efficient analysis and reporting across marketsAnalyze and interpret data to extract business value and actionable insightsDrive conversations with capability owners to define metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectivesImplement dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring clarity and usabilityCommunicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholdersEnsure delivery meets high standards of consistency, usability, and qualitySupport continuous improvement of data delivery processes and methodologiesCollaborate cross-functionally to align data delivery with broader organizational goalsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:Information ManagementIT or Computer ScienceStatistics or related quantitative disciplines5+ years of progressive experience in data management and/or data modeling1+ years of experience leading data projectsProven expertise in Business Process Analysis and defining KPIs to drive performanceStrong skills in SQL, Snowflake, and data transformation techniquesExperience with Tableau or similar visualization toolsEnglish:
