Overview In this Founding Engineer role, you will help launch a new Factorial spinoff focused on AI-first IT management workflows, onboarding, permissions, and equipment management. You’ll own high-impact initiatives from day zero, shaping architecture and delivering usable AI-powered features. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to move fast, learn from real customers, and build a product that scales with a growing user base. This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role in a small, ambitious startup inside Factorial.
